Established, independent US businesses with 30 or more employees and records the company owns.

Examples, not buyer commitments. Client-owned records need a separate rights review. Not every company receives an offer.
More about who this is forHow it works
Discuss fit and agree on terms
We review your company overview and system inventory, then discuss fit. Before any introduction, we agree on scope, fees, and disclosures in writing.
Approve an introduction
A buyer sees a minimal company profile only after your written approval. You and the buyer handle record access and due diligence directly.
Decide on a license
You decide whether to license. If a deal proceeds, the buyer pays you; our fee is due only after you are paid.
Value, fees, and control
- Independent advisor
- We do not represent buyers, and we cannot approve anything on your behalf.
- No record custody
- We do not receive your operational datasets. We collect contact and company information to assess an inquiry.
- Success-only fees
- No retainer. Our company-side fee is due only after you are paid, under the engagement agreement. We may also receive a referral fee from a buyer; both arrangements are disclosed in writing.
- No promised price
- Offers depend on your records, rights, and a buyer's needs. We cannot promise an offer or a price.
- Your approval
- License terms govern use and ownership. Nothing moves without your written approval.
Questions
What kinds of company records are worth discussing?
Broad categories in your business systems, such as email, tickets, CRM/ERP/logistics activity, documents, and technical work. Describe categories only; please do not send records, samples, or credentials.
How much is my company’s data worth?
There is no standard price. An offer depends on the records, your rights, and a buyer's needs.
How do you protect privacy and intellectual property?
Anonymization, exclusions, permitted uses, and IP protections must be agreed before buyer access. You review the terms and approve sharing in writing.

Get an offer for your company
Share a company overview and system inventory so we can assess fit and seek a buyer's offer. Estimates and “Not sure” are fine. Please do not send records, samples, or credentials.
We do not receive your operational datasets. We collect contact and company information to assess an inquiry.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your company name and website, your name, role, and work email, headquarters country, a general description of what the company does, approximate US W-2 employee, inbox, and contractor counts, storage volume and unit, years of history, where data lives, and estimated export or approved-access timing. The system inventory asks for tool names, purposes, years of data, broad record categories, export capability and format, and optional notes about ownership or confidentiality restrictions. Do not include actual records, personal information about others, file links, or credentials. Files cannot be attached.
Why we collect it
To judge whether the advisory can help, and to reply to you. Your answers are not used for advertising, and we do not sell them.
How it reaches us
One inquiry, sent in text and HTML through a transactional email provider, to a single mailbox the founder controls. Your email address is set as the reply address so a reply comes back to you directly.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog, a US analytics provider, to measure visits to this site. It records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location, and your IP address. We use the IP address to understand which organizations visit, by looking it up in public internet registry records. Nothing you type into the form is recorded by our analytics system.
This site sets no cookies and keeps nothing on your device. It runs no advertising or session-recording scripts, and we do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
Inactive inquiries are deleted after 180 days unless a conversation continues.
Analytics data, including IP addresses, is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. It is not linked to your name, so we cannot pick out one visitor's records to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Write to us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, at siddh@bloomxpartners.com.
