Questions
What is business data monetization?
Business data monetization means earning revenue from data your company has the right to use commercially. One route is licensing operational records for AI training or evaluation under agreed terms.
We help established US businesses assess whether AI data licensing is worth exploring, while the company controls access to its records.
Can I sell my company’s data to AI companies?
Some AI developers pay to license business records that meet their needs. The opportunity depends on the records, your rights to license them, and the buyer’s evaluation.
The agreement defines permitted use, ownership, and access. You review the terms and approve any sharing in writing. Do not upload records or samples through this website.
What kinds of company records are worth discussing?
Start with the broad categories of records in your business systems: email and team communication, tickets and projects, CRM/ERP/logistics activity, working documents, and technical work. Records that connect decisions with outcomes may be worth evaluating.
That does not establish a price or buyer acceptance. Please describe categories only; do not send records, samples, or credentials.
How much is my company’s data worth?
There is no standard price. An offer depends on the quality and relevance of the records, the rights available, and what a buyer needs. We aim to help you seek the strongest offer; we cannot guarantee an offer or the highest price.
Which companies are eligible?
US-headquartered, privately held operating companies with at least 30 employees and documentation that reflects how the work is actually done.
A person reviews every inquiry, including borderline cases. If your company is not a fit, we say so early.
What do you collect about us, and what do you never receive?
We do not receive your operational datasets. We collect contact and company information to assess an inquiry.
The form asks for a company overview, approximate counts, storage and history estimates, and a tool-by-tool inventory of broad record categories. Do not include actual records, personal information, or access details.
How do you protect privacy and intellectual property?
Anonymization requirements, exclusions, and intellectual property protections must be reviewed and agreed before buyer access. We do not assume your records are anonymous or that a license transfers ownership.
You decide what is in scope, review permitted uses and protections in the buyer’s terms, and approve sharing in writing. We never take custody of your operational records.
Should we send samples of our records?
Please do not send files, customer information, employee records, or login details. Any buyer access would be arranged directly with you under agreed terms.
How are you paid?
No retainer. Our company-side fee is due only after you are paid, under the engagement agreement. We may also receive a referral fee from a buyer; both arrangements are disclosed in writing.
Can you promise that a buyer will make an offer?
We are an independent advisor. We do not represent any buyer, and we cannot promise that a buyer will make an offer.
What we can do is tell you honestly whether an inquiry looks worth taking forward.
How long does this take?
The buyer's review and contracting process determines timing; we cannot promise a payment or date.
What happens after we submit the form?
We review your inquiry and reply. If your company appears to be a fit, the next step is a short call. Otherwise, we let you know.
